International students must meet these cut-off scores or eligibility criteria to get admission to Engineering Schools in Canada at the Undergraduate level.

  • Most Canadian universities have cut-off Academic requirements of a minimum of 70%/ B+/  3.0 GPA in the intermediate level in the Science stream (Maths major).

  • A minimum of 6.5 in IELTS with no band less than 6.0 and 82 in TOEFL. Some universities, like the University of Toronto and the University of British Columbia, ask for 100 in TOEFL and 7.0 in IELTS.
