Admission Requirements
University of Toronto
- A four years undergraduate degree from a recognized university in a field such as engineering, medicine, dentistry, etc., with an average GPA of 3.0 in the final two years.
- An overall TOEFL score of at least 93 with no less than 22 in writing and speaking or a minimum IELTS score of 7.0 overall with at least 6.5 in each band.
McGill University
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, medicine, physics, etc., with an overall GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0.
- TOEFL score of at least 100 overall with no section below 20 or an IELTS score of at least 7.0 in each band.
- GRE is not required.
University of British Columbia
- A 4 years bachelor's degree in engineering or medicine with a score of first division (higher than 65%)
- TOEFL score of at least 93 with no less than 22 in reading and listening and 21 in speaking and writing or IELTS score of 6.5 overall with at least 6.0 in each band.
University of Alberta
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 in the final two years of the study.
- TOEFL score of at least 90 overall with no less than 21 in each section or IELTS score of 6.5 overall with at least 6.0 in each section or PTE score of 61 overall with at least 60 in each mode of communication.
McMaster University
- A four-year bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to "B+" in the last two years of study in physical science, engineering, applied science, etc.
- For proof of English language requirement, any of the following is sufficient:
- TOEFL score of 88 overall
- IELTS score of 6.5 overall with at least 5.5 in each band
- PTE score of 70 overall
Western University
- An undergraduate degree with a minimum score of 80%
- TOEFL score of 86 with no individual score below 20 or IELTS score of at least 6.0 in each band.

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, physical science, or another relevant field with a minimum score of 75%.
