Admission Requirements for Master of Business Studies in Nepal
Students looking forward to joining MBS in Nepal first need to fulfil the following admission criteria:

Applicants must pass BBS, BBA, or bachelor's degrees in any other stream with at least 45%.

Students must appear on the CMAT entrance examination conducted by Tribhuvan University Faculty of Management (FOM) and pass the entrance exam.

The entrance test used to select eligible students for the Master of Business Studies is CMAT. Also called as Central Management Admission Test, CMAT is an aptitude test that comprises 4 sections:

Logical Reasoning: Type of relations, Odd one out, Figures & Relations, Arguments & FlowChart – Pure logic, Common sense logic & Guest logic

General Awareness: Currency Affairs- Business and Economy, Sports, Politics, Management Theories, Science and Literature, Interesting Facts/ Current Facts.
Generally speaking, the CMAT Test is 1.5 hours long and has 100 questions, each worth 1 mark. To pass, students need to score a minimum of 40 on CMAT.
