CMAT Entrance Exam Preparation: TIPS

  • Students should make a study schedule and stick to it. Allocate time based on the courses' complexity and time to prepare for them.
  • Candidates should aim to cover more than one subject daily to ensure they are prepared for the CMAT. Excessive studying of a single subject will render it obsolete. Distributive learning will keep the mind occupied and provide variation in the study plan.
  • Study previous year's papers to understand the types of questions answered and their difficulty levels. Solving practice papers from previous years represents your level of CMAT preparation.
  • Practice sectional mock tests, analyse your results, and improve your weak spots.
  • Regular revision will improve accuracy, resulting in an increase in confidence. Candidates become familiar with the types of questions and CMAT test structure through gradual and continuous revision. It assists applicants in being more disciplined in their CMAT preparation method.
  • Candidates should practice last year's question papers to understand the exam better and familiarise themselves with the pattern. This will eliminate last-minute stress.
  • The candidate should set a timetable for finishing the course and appropriately organise their CMAT preparation. Every segment should have a deadline so that candidates can finish studying new topics and focus on revising them.
