Bachelor of Automobile Engineering in Nepal is a recently introduced four-year undergraduate program that focuses on automobiles, their design, manufacturing, and operation.

A limited number of colleges and universities provide a B.E. program on Automobile engineering in Nepal.  Currently, only two Tribhuvan University (TU) constituent colleges (Thapathali campus and Paschimanchal campus) provide this course.

Similarly, the School of Engineering of Kathmandu University (KU) also offers the same course under Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering.

Students are selected on a merit basis for automobile engineering courses. However, to be eligible to study the B.E Automobile Engineering program, students must have secured a minimum ‘C” grade and studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in classes 11 and 12.

Automobile engineering graduates can often find jobs in private automobile companies who build cars, buses, motorcycles, trucks and more.

For detailed information on (B.E.) in Automobile Engineering, course structure, colleges, fee structure and more, read this article to the end.
