You will receive a visa grant notification if your visa application is approved. Review the visa grant letter carefully, as it will provide essential details regarding the visa conditions and validity period.

Working Opportunities for International Students

Australia allows international students to work part-time while pursuing their studies, allowing them to gain valuable practical experience, earn income, and cover their living expenses. The government permits international students to work up to 40 hours every two weeks during the academic semester, and they can work full-time during semester breaks.

A wide range of job opportunities is available to international students, including casual positions in industries such as retail and hospitality and internships related to their fields of study. Universities often provide career services to assist students in finding suitable employment opportunities.

One of the significant advantages of studying in Australia is the post-study work rights provided to international graduates. The Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) allows eligible graduates to work in Australia for two to four years, depending on their qualifications. This post-study work experience is invaluable as it will enable graduates to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world settings and open pathways to permanent residency in Australia.
