Overseas Student Health Cover helps international students cover medical expenses while studying in Australia. It covers doctor visits, hospitals, emergency ambulances, and prescription medicine. Students need to pay for an Australian Student Visa.

According to the Department of Home Affairs, international students need to maintain the OHSC cover during their time in Australia.
