    The Institution of Sunderland is a public research university based in Sunderland, England. Sunderland Technical Institution, its forerunner, was founded in 1901 as a municipal training college. In 1992, it was granted university status. It presently has 20,000 students on Sunderland, London, and Hong Kong campuses.

    Scholarship

    Financial assistance and scholarship opportunities are limited at the university. International students often receive a fee reduction ranging from GBP 1,000 for PG applicants to GBP 1,500 for UG candidates.

In addition, full-time MBChB (Home Medicine) students will receive a housing grant, a travel stipend, and a financial award. International students who have completed their first year at university are also eligible for performance-based scholarships.
