    Swastik College is the institute of Computer Science and Application. The college was formed in 2013 AD by a group of academics and young entrepreneurs. It is situated in a peaceful location at Chardobato, Gatthaghar, Bhaktapur.

    Swastik College has a sprawling campus comprising well-equipped computer laboratories with broadband internet access, virtual classrooms, an AV-equipped seminar hall, and an ultra-modern classroom for students in their last year of a bachelor's degree. Among the workshop programs offered by the college are AI development workshops, entrepreneurship workshops, and writing research papers workshops that help enhance students' skills and learning. 

    Swastik College distinguishes itself from other private institutions in Nepal due to these traits. The college has the necessary human resources and equipment to create diverse competence in our students, preparing them for future difficulties in the real world. The college, besides classroom education, gives technical instruction, which includes 60-70 hours of class time followed by project work to its students according to market needs and student interests. The supplied training will add considerable competence to the student's knowledge base.

    Swastik College was founded to enable students' academic and practical advancement by developing knowledge, critical skill sets, and the capacity for autonomous and lifelong learning. The college believes in developing students' intelligence, inventiveness, independence, and communication abilities. The Swastik College made a concerted effort to support students' attempts to improve their problem-solving skills and expertise.

    Swastik College currently offers a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology (B.Sc CSIT) and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Application (BCA) under affiliation with Tribhuvan University (TU).

    Application Process

    Eligibility Criteria for BSc. CSIT and BCA undergraduate program:

    National Education Boards (NEB) +2 overall aggregate of 2.2 CGPA (55%) or higher, with D+ or higher grades in each subject (theory and practical), and SEE Mathematics score of C+ (50%) or higher. A minimum of 3.5 credits and a grade of D or higher is required for A-Levels.

    Documents required:

    • Admission application form, completed and signed.
    • Copies of all academic transcripts with attestations and character certificates (SLC/SEE onwards).
    • Original Migration Certificate of SEE/SLC, 10+2 and bachelors degree (If any academic degree from a foreign university, a copy of the equivalent certificate).
    • Copy of citizenship with attestation.
    • Recent passport-size photos in two copies.
