    National College of Engineering was founded in the year 2058 B.S. (2001 A.D.) to create a standardized college that provides technical sciences and engineering education. 

    The National College of Engineering (NCE) is now located on a land area of 8-6-3-3 in  Talchhikhel, Lalitpur-14, where it was sifted in 2066 B.S from Banasthali, Kathmandu, where it functioned from 2058 until 2065 B.S.

    National College of Engineering's primary goal is to provide top-notch engineering, science, and technology instruction. NCE strives to attain academic excellence with a strong emphasis on the fundamental and ethical principles of life to meet the nation's demands for its growth. The campus has been moving forward quickly in its academic and physical development.

    National College of Engineering provides the eight-semester, four-year program that Tribhuvan University's Institute of Engineering (IOE) requires for Bachelor of Engineering degrees. 

    This college offers engineering degrees in civil, computer, electrical, and electronics communication & information engineering. Except for civil engineering, which offers 96 seats, all of the provided engineering faculties have intake capacities of 48.
