    For BTech students:

    The scholarship varies from INR 77,500 to INR 3,10,000 for BTech students. These awards are split into the three categories listed below:

    • Computer science and engineering (best of two scores) are in Group "A."
    • Electronics & communications engineering and mechanical engineering (best of three scores) are in group "B."
    • Mechanical engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, polymer engineering, petroleum engineering, and group 'C' engineering. (Top Three Scores)

    Students must meet the requirements to be eligible for one of the five different types of scholarships that MIT WPU offers. The specifics are shown below:

    Vishwanath Karad Merit Scholarship: 100% for the total duration of the program

    MIT-WPU Merit Scholarship:

    • 100% for the First Year, only
    • 75% for the First Year, only
    • 50% for the First Year, only
    • 25% for the First Year only

    Qualifications Required

    • B.Tech: JEE Main Class 12 in any recognized subject from any recognized institution with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Biology, or equivalent.The applicant must have received a minimum of 45% overall (or 40% for SC/ST candidates) in three subjects, including Physics, Mathematics, and one of Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or Electronics. The applicant must also have earned a PUC, 10 + 2, or its equivalent, with English as one of the languages.
    • BSc. : Passed 10+2 examinations in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Obtained at least 50-55% marks in the above subjects.
    • BBA: Passed 10+2 or Equivalent Examination in Science/Commerce/Arts with 50%-70% marks in aggregate from an Approved Board.
