GISMA Business School is a privately held German business school with headquarters in Hannover and a branch in Berlin. It is an international education institution with campuses in Berlin, Hamburg, and Hannover and a London study center.

The brand-new GISMA Berlin-Potsdam Campus, located just 24 minutes from Berlin Central Station, is open for new GISMA programs, providing Bachelor through MBA degrees. GISMA will begin the first academic session for two BSc, four MSc, and one MBA programs in May 2021. GISMA is prepared to issue German degrees in seven courses taught by GISMA teachers at our new Berlin-Potsdam location. 

GISMA Business School's GISMA Hochschule, which permits the business school to issue degrees, has recently debuted. Students can now pursue degrees in digital and technology at the new Berlin-Potsdam campus. The institution attracts a varied student body, with 40+ nationalities represented on campuses in Germany and London.

GISMA Business School has founded in September 1999 AD as a collaboration between the German state of Lower Saxony and many big private-sector enterprises headquartered in the region. GISMA was in financial trouble after its affiliation with Krannert School of Management was terminated. It was saved from bankruptcy in September 2013 when it was purchased by the for-profit education corporation Global University Systems. Following the acquisition, GISMA established new collaborations with several other European universities (including two owned by GUS) to offer and award its degrees. GUS's chief academic officer, Maurits van Rooijen, has been named acting rector.

GISMA Business School has collaborated with award-winning universities to provide students with an outstanding education that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. The prominent Grenoble Ecole de Management, a triple-accredited French business school, is one of GISMA's partners. Only 1% of the world's business schools have this distinction. Kingston University and The University of Law, headquartered in the United Kingdom, are also partners of GISMA Business School. Kingston Business School is a world-renowned university, and its programs frequently rank high in worldwide rankings. The University of Law is the UK's oldest legal education provider. The university recently built a business school that provides a range of courses to help students get current expertise in business, management, and marketing.

Application Process

Preparation phase

• Explore program options and decide what to study.
• Examine the entrance criteria for the program.
• Submit original papers and sworn translations online.
• In the event of overseas students, visa processing is required.

Application for a first semester

• Creates a uni-assist application for GISMA Business School.
• Open the selection list, answer all essential questions, and upload all application forms to uni-assist before the application deadline.
• Pay the processing fee and provide proof of payment to the online application.

After Applying

• If the application is complete and the credential is eligible for the selected program, the uni-assist will electronically transmit the documents to GISMA Business School.
• GISMA Business School handles the admissions procedure.
• The registration documentation that students must submit is specified in their admission letter.

Arrive in Germany

• Students must sign a leasing agreement, create a bank account, receive health insurance, register their address, and apply to the Ausländerbehörde for a residence permit.
• The DSH may be required of students (German examination).
• The investigation has begun.
