We are looking for a passionate Student Counselor. At Study Info Centre, we aim to help/guide students interested in studying in a home country or abroad virtually.
Job Description:
- Counselling prospective students online who are interested in understanding their goal, affordability, and desire and help them identify the right university by providing them with details, admission process, and accurate information about the city, institution, program, and educational experience as a whole.
-Regular follow-ups to ensure that the students process abroad for the company.
-Check various forms for accuracy such as curriculum changes, visa policy changes, fee schedule changes, and update the same in the information system.
-Regularly search options for students to satisfy specific degree requirements.
-Coordinate with the students for facilitating documentation and visa application.
-Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity
Job Specification:
- Education level: Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Should have a pleasing and calm personality to be able to work under pressure
- Must have an excellent command of oral and written skills both in English and Nepali language.
- Exceptional customer service, self-motivated and proactive and quick learner.
- Excellent research, presentation and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with internal staff, parents and students.
