The CUET, formerly known as the Common University Entrance Test (CUCET), is an all-India examination. It is accepted by a growing number of Indian state institutes and major universities.
The National Testing Agency administers it to candidates seeking admission to 45 Central Universities of India's undergrad, integrated, postgraduate, diploma, certification, and research programs.
For the academic year 2023–2024, CUET is held for admission to undergraduate and graduate programs at Central and participating universities, including Delhi University, JNU, BHU, etc. Union universities are another name for central universities.
Candidates who satisfy the prerequisites can enrol for CUET 2023 beginning with in 3rd week of May 2023, most likely. Last year, on May 19, the CUET application process began.

CUCET Eligibility Requirements 2023
Candidates must meet the requirements before submitting an application. Here are the requirements for CUCET 2023 as set forth by the National Testing Agency:
- There is no age limit for CUCET PG or UG 2023 applications. Candidates must, however, meet any age requirements set by the universities.
- The applicant must be an Indian national.
- Academic Qualifications:
- For UG Programme: A applicant must have earned a minimum of 50% overall in class 12 (10+2) from a recognised university or institution (45% for applicants from the reserved category).
- For the PG Programme: A degree is required in the relevant discipline from an authorized higher education institution with a minimal average grade point of 50% (45% for applicants from the limited category) is required.

CUET UG 2023 Exam Pattern
- Exam Mode: Computer Based
- Exam Duration: For slots I and II, the times are 3 hours 15 minutes and 3 hours 45 minutes, respectively.
- Language: English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odiya, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, English, Hindi and Urdu.
- Type of Question: MCQs
- Grading System: 5 points will be awarded for each accurate response, and For each incorrect response, one mark will be subtracted.

- Exam Mode: Computer Based
- Language: With the exception of the language and Sahitya papers, the CUET 2023 PG test will be taken in Hindi and English.

CUET 2023 Application Form
Only online applications for CUET 2022 may be completed and submitted. To apply, candidates must visit the official website at https://cuet.nta.nic.in/.
Applicants need to register for the examination. The information in the form must be filled out carefully since after an applicant fills out the form, he or she will not be able to make changes to it.
Applicants must maintain scanned photos (photograph and signature) on hand because they will be needed to upload them in the application form.
Applicants must additionally pay an application fee in order to register their applications. Forms that do not include the requisite fee will be refused.
