SOF Olympiad is an educational organization that promotes academic competition and aids in the growth of a competitive spirit among schoolchildren.

Its main office in New Delhi, India, is the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF). It was founded in 1998 to foster curiosity about science, math and science, general knowledge, basic computer skills, and English language proficiency among school children in India and many other nations. 

Every year, students from different age groups and courses can participate in seminars and academic contests organised by the SOF. This organisation wants to give Indian students a place to test their learning, abilities, and memories. 

There are 7 Olympiads, which include

  • SOF NCO

SOF National Cyber Olympiad (NCO) is a competition for children in grades 1 through 12 on cyber concepts and expertise.

The National Cyber Olympiad (NCO) is an exam with only one level. Students in grades I through X are eligible to take the test. It was the second Olympiad that SOF had organised.

  • SOF NSO

SOF National Science Olympiad (NSO) is a scholarship examination designed to cultivate scientific thinking, and logical abilities in students enrolled in classes 1 through 12.

The National Science Olympiad (NSO) is held yearly at two levels. Participants in the exam may be in classes I through XII. It was the first Olympiad that SOF had organised.

SOF International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) is an international competition in mathematics for children in grades 1 through 12.

Every year, the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) is held at two levels. Participants in the test may be in classes I through XII.

  • SOF IEO

SOF International English Olympiad (IEO) is a grammar and english language competition open to students in grades 1 through 12.

From 2017–2018, the International English Olympiad (IEO) was offered at two levels instead of only one. Participants in this Olympiad might be in classes I through XII.

  • SOF IGKO

SOF International General Knowledge Olympiad (IGKO) is conducted among children in grades 1 through 10 to inspire curiosity about current events and increase understanding.

A single-level test is the International General Knowledge Olympiad (IGKO). Students in grades I through X are eligible to take the test. In the academic year 2017–2018, this Olympiad was first held.

  • SOF ICO

Every year, the SOF Worldwide Commerce Olympiad (ICO) is a standard test in which students may demonstrate their skill at the school, zonal, and international levels.

The exam at a single level is called the International Commerce Olympiad (ICO). Grades XI and XII students are eligible to take the test. It is carried out in collaboration with ICSI. In the Corporate Affairs Ministry.

  • SOF ISSO

SOF International Social Studies Olympiad (ISSO) is a single-level test created and administered by SOF, which was first offered in 2021.

ISSO, or the SOF International Social Studies Olympiad, is a single-level test. Students in grades 3 through 10 are eligible to take the test.
