Acadia University

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree from a recognized institution with a score equivalent to B+ in the last half of the study.
  • To meet English language requirements, a TOEFL score of at least 93 overall with no section below 20, an IELTS score of 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0, or a PTE score of 61 overall with no section below 60 is required.

Nipissing University

  • A 4-year undergraduate degree with a minimum score of at least B. For a research-based program, preference is given to applicants with independent research papers.
  • For the English language requirement TOEFL score of at least 93 overall with at least 22 in writing and speaking and 19 in reading and listening or an IELTS score of at least 6.5 overall and in each band or PTE score of a minimum of 63 with no sectional score below 60.

University of Ottawa

  • A 4 years bachelor's degree in a discipline related to earth science with a minimum score of 70%
  • TOEFL score of at least 79 overall or IELTS score of at least 6.5 with at least 5.0 in each band

Western University

  • A four years bachelor's degree in any field with no less than 78% in the last two years.
  • TOEFL score of at least 94 overall with at least 22 in reading and listening, 26 in speaking, and 24 in writing or IELTS score of 7 overall with at least 6.5 in each band

Trent University

  • A bachelor's degree of 4 years in a discipline such as biology, geography, environmental chemistry or environmental science with a minimum score of 77% in the last half of the study.
  • TOEFL score of 93 overall with at least 22 in speaking and writing or IELTS score of 6.5 overall with no band score less than 6.0.

University of Toronto

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree in engineering or science with at least a B-grade average in the third and fourth year of study
  • TOEFL score of 93 overall with at least 22 in writing and speaking or IELTS score of at least 7.0 with no less than 6.5 in each band.

McMaster University

  • A bachelor's degree equivalent to an honours bachelor's degree with at least B+ or equivalent.
  • TOEFL score of 92 overall or IELTS score of 6.5 overall.

Royal Roads University

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree in science with a minimum GPA average of 3.0 in the last two years of study.
  • Two years of work experience in relevant fields or volunteer work.
  • IELTS score of at least 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0 or TOEFL score of 88 overall with at least 20 in each medium of communication or PTE score of 60 overall and a sectional score of no less than 58.

University of Manitoba

  • A 4 years bachelor's degree in earth science or environmental science with a minimum average GPA of 3.25 in the course works of the last 60 hours.
  • IELTS score of 6.5 overall or TOEFL score of 86 with no less than 20 in each section or PTE score of 60 overall.

  • A four-year bachelor’s degree with at least 70%.
