Main Intakes
The Phoenix College of Management programs are affiliated with Lincoln University College with approval from Tribhuwan University. So, considering Nepal's academic session, the program's main intake is held in September.
Scholarships
Phoenix College of Management awards scholarships to qualified, poor, and distinguished students. Students from underserved communities, rural locations, and marginalized populations are also given scholarships. These scholarships are reserved following the policies and guidelines of the Nepali Ministry of Education (MoE).
Phoenix Fellowship (PF)
Phoenix Fellowship is a merit-based program that offers graduating students financial aid. Students may apply for PF each year. The fellowship will be given to those who put in the effort to graduate with competence.
Phoenix Talents Grants (PTS)
A selected group of students for each program receives PTS. National talents in athletics, music, art, and literature can apply for these scholarships.
Phoenix Welfare Grants (PWS)
PWS is awarded to deserving and deserving students from underprivileged and marginalized socioeconomic groups. Six students out of each faculty get financial aid through this program similar to college tuition.
Application Process
For the Master of Business Administration
The MBA program has two intakes: the Spring Session in March and the Fall Session in September. While admission for the September term begins in July, that for the March session starts in January.
For Masters Computer Science (MCS)
Admission to Masters Computer Science (MCS) requires a Bachelors in IT or B.Sc. in computer science, or a BE in computer science, electronics, or a BTech.
Documents required:
- Certificates up to 10+2 and Marksheet of all tests passed,
- Two current PP-sized pictures,
- Equivalency, Transfer, and character certificates of Bachelor.
For Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA)
Candidates for admission to Phoenix College of Management's BBA program must have completed 12 years of formal schooling or 10 + 2 or equivalent exams with a minimum of 40% overall or a 2 CGPA (not less than D+ in a Specific Subject).
They must also have at least 40% on Tribhuvan University's Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) exam.
For Bachelors in Information Technology (BIT)
Candidates must have a minimum of 50% in mathematics at SLC and 10 + 2 and have a 50% or higher grade in that subject. Or candidates with a minimum of two major A-Level courses.
Documents required:
- Certificates and transcripts for Grade 12 or similar exams.
- Grade 10 transcript and transcript (SEE or equivalent).
- A character reference (SEE and Grade 12).
- Certificates for migration and provision.
- Passport or proof of citizenship.
