Students who want to study BE or other degrees (BBA/BCA) at NCIT must go through a fair yet comprehensive admissions procedure.
Eligibility Criteria for Bachelors in Engineering (BE) and Bachelors in Computer Application (BCA):
- Applicants must have at least the following levels in +2 or comparable examinations.
- Applicants must have at least a Second Division (45%) in +2/equivalent examinations or a C grade in each subject in XI and XII. Students in the biology group can also apply.
- Passing the Exam is required for BE since the PU admission policy aims to choose candidates on a competitive basis. The questions are from relevant topic areas.
Eligibility Criteria for Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA):
- Applicants must have at least the following levels in +2 or comparable examinations.
- Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 1.80 and a minimum grade of D+ in each subject or a second division (45%) in the +2 exam.
Eligibility Criteria for Masters programs:
- Master of Computer Engineering (MECE ): BE (all faculties) with at least a 2.0 CGPA/Second Division.
- Master of Computer Science (M.Sc.CS): BSc in Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics/Statistics or BE (all faculties) or equivalent with a minimum 2.0 CGPA/Second Division.
- Master of Computer Information System (MCIS): BIT/BCA/BCIS/BIM or BE (all branches) or equivalent with at least a 2.0 CGPA/Second Division.
Documents required for admission:
- All previous degrees' mark sheets and certificates of good character.
- Transcript, character certificate, migration certificate, and certificate of comparable value.
- Two most current passport-size images.
