Admissions Procedure:
- Candidates for M.B.B.S. admission must have finished their +2 in Science with a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Candidates must also pass an admission examination administered by the Institute of Medicine, TU.
- Doctors who have completed their MBBS and are registered with their country's medical council are eligible for the postgraduate medical program at National Medical College. Candidates must also pass the P.G. admission examination administered by the Institute of Medicine, TU.
The following are the entrance procedures for nursing programs:
- PCL: To get admitted to the National Medical College, aspirants must have an average mark of 50% or more in S.L.C. and pass the CTEVT entrance examination.
- B.N.: Candidates for the PCL must have a minimum of two years of work experience and pass the Tribhuwan University admission test.
- B.Sc. : Applicants for B.Sc. in Nursing must have a minimum aggregate score of 50% or above in +2 Science or an equivalent degree. Applicants must pass the TU's entrance exams to be admitted to National Medical College.
- M.N.: To be admitted to the Masters's program in Nursing, applicants must first pass the TU's P.G. nursing entrance test.
