    Application Process

    10+2 Science program Eligibility requirements:

    SEE, or a comparable test with a minimum aggregate percentage of 60% or 2.0 GPA, is the minimum requirement for entrance to the +2 Science program.

    Additionally, each student must attend and pass the college's entrance exam.

    Documents Required:

    • Copies of the SEE Character Certificate and Grade.
    • A receipt for the college-set application processing cost.

    Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) program Eligibility requirements:

    Grades in 11th and 12th grade must be at least D+ with a CGPA of 2.0 or above.

    Or 

    A second division grade in 10 plus two, PCL, or an equivalent in any field.

    Students might also apply if they have completed grade 11 and are awaiting their grade 12 re-exam  (purak parikshya) results. They must, however, turn in all necessary paperwork at the time of enrollment.

    BSc Computer Science and Information Technology (BSc CSIT) program Eligibility requirements:

    • Completed a PCL in Science or equivalent over twelve years of schooling from any university board or institution acknowledged by TU with at least a second-place grade.
    • Applicants must receive 35% of the possible points in the Tribhuvan University Institute for Science and Technology (TU-IOST) entrance exam.

    Documents Required for BCA and BSc CSIT:

    • Qualification document, transcript, and character reference
    • A copy of the citizenship
    • Admissions document for the entrance exam.
    • Submitted paperwork for reservations.
