Macquarie University is a public research university in the Sydney neighbourhood of Macquarie Park created in 1964, making it the third university in Sydney. There are five faculties on the university's main campus in suburban Sydney: the Macquarie University Hospital and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Scholarships

  • Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship (VCIS): It is given to international students to acknowledge academic success offered to excellent students planning to Pursue a Bachelor's or Master's course program at Macquarie University. This award grants up to AUD 10,000 in tuition assistance.
  • Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship – FIRST: It is a very competitive scholarship offered to one outstanding FIRST® Robotics participant that covers half of the tuition for the winning candidate pursuing an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Science and Engineering.
  • Macquarie University UAC International Scholarship: It is given to all qualified students who apply for a bachelor's degree at Macquarie University through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC). The award is a one-off payment of AUD 10,000 applied to your tuition.
  • Global MBA Alumni Scholarship: Macquarie University acknowledges a student's success in obtaining a bachelor's or master's degree. This scholarship enables qualifying Macquarie University graduates to pursue a Global MBA with a 10% tuition reduction.
