    LaSalle College
    Established on: 1959

LaSalle College, located in the middle of Montreal, has been very successful over the past half-century in its mission to assemble distinguished classes.

The instructors at the college are experts in their fields, highly respected, and driven by a deep passion for teaching. Their mission is to fulfill the requirements of their students by providing an education of the highest caliber. The college can also adjust to changes in societal norms and trends in the labor market.

LaSalle College provides more than 60 different programs to meet the needs of its students. These programs bridge higher education and various outlets, including businesses, nonprofit organizations, and universities.

Pre-university programs that last for two years and culminate in the awarding of a DEC prepare students to continue their education at universities in Canada, the United States, Europe, or Australia.

In addition, DEC programs that last for three years allow students to acquire a skill set immediately transferable to the workforce. Completing a vocational program can lead to either an AEC or a DEP. Students are better prepared to enter the workforce after completing these studies.

As a school for students learning English as a second language, LaSalle College Vancouver (LCV) first welcomed students in the year 1998. (ESL).

2002 marked the beginning of the school's concentration and expansion on design-based programs such as Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Artistic Make-up, Interior Design, Jewellery Design, Graphic Design, and 2D/3D Animation.

In addition, the school started offering online training programs in Interior Design, Fashion Marketing, Video Game 3D Modelling, and Administrative Assistant.

LCV provides programs leading to bachelor's degrees, diplomas, and certificates and has been voted the best undergraduate institution in Canada for video games created by the Princeton Review on many occasions.

LCV is housed in a building that is 80,000 square feet in size and is located in beautiful Vancouver. The class sizes at LaSalle College Vancouver are intentionally kept small, the atmosphere is welcoming, the instruction is delivered hands-on, and the faculty members have extensive professional experience.

The principles of originality, entrepreneurialism, innovation, and openness to the outside world are at the core of LaSalle College's educational program, comprised of five specialty schools and over sixty individual programs.
