The Institute works with its teachers to build knowledgeable and valuable professionals.
At LLIM, we use a stimulated organisation strategy to help students grow their professions. Students must create a temporary but effective organization in order to make various events and activities successful. To achieve this, they must organise teams, assign roles, and collaborate like executives in any organisation.
A continual performance review mechanism is used to guarantee that the students are fully committed to this process. Participation in class, presentations, case studies, and the final test are all given weight.
Quality Policy
By transferring cutting-edge management knowledge and techniques, our quality policy adds value for students and executives. appointing qualified faculty and staff and giving them the right atmosphere for growth. We make an effort to choose the most talented students for different programs in a transparent manner. Our Technique Our Institute's greatest asset is its student body. We must shape them to develop into valuable resources for the sector. Future managers are among our pupils.
With this in mind, our Institute prepares its students to handle any challenging circumstances they may encounter.
The Institute thinks that, rather than limiting students' thinking, the secret to success is for them to adopt a self-learning mentality. Together with theoretical knowledge, this self-learning mindset encourages students to think critically and develop original solutions, enabling us to meet our goals of giving the sector resources to help it succeed.
The talents of our pupils are developed using the strategies listed below.
Projects & Presentation
In addition to studying the academic components of a subject, students produce and present projects that allow them to internalise and learn more on their own. They then display these efforts, allowing information to be shared.
Additionally, it aids in the development of their presenting and communication abilities.
