At King's College, the emphasis is on fostering independent, critical thinking and reasoning skills that can be used to evaluate a variety of topics and improve problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • King's College has an independent research division called the Center for Research and Development (CERAD). In addition to doing research both inside and outside of King's College, CERAD creates academic case studies, offers research training, and engages in other research-related activities. The project's mission is to "build King's College into a research institution of global distinction." It is academic and student-led. Created in 2014, CERAD now supports faculty and student research, conducts pro bono and paid consultancy projects, hosts conferences and workshops, publishes papers, cases, essays, and policy briefs on various platforms, including the Journal of King's College, and aids other research centers.
    • King's University's Center for Professional Development strives to foster beneficial relationships between its students and the fields in which they pursue careers. For instance, the Insight Series engages students by bringing noteworthy industry executives' extensive expertise and experience into the classroom.
    • According to King's Club and Center for Art & Culture, every student has unique talents and hobbies. Through planning programs, events, and projects, the student-run King's Club provides everyone an equal chance to pursue their interests. According to King's Club, learning anything is best done by doing it. Thus, when students participate in the Club, they know how to hone their abilities and find new ones.
