Its academic programs and cutting-edge teaching techniques encourage students to cultivate critical thinking, learn through investigation and reason, exchange ideas with others, develop fundamental social and personal values, take responsibility for their decisions, and set goals to realise their special potential. Relationships between teachers and students must be nurtured over time and require an atmosphere of love and trust.

The faculties, on the whole, are pretty competent, and the students get access to the skills of a committed set of professors.
