Women in Tech Scholarship
IBAT College Dublin provides a 25% scholarship to all female students in ICT courses in desktop publishing and graphic design, data analytics, cyber and digital security, and programming and development.
Only 18.9% of ICT experts in Ireland in 2017 were female, which, while higher than the EU average (16.1%), leaves much to be desired. The critical issue facing Ireland's technology sector in 2021 is the requirement for an equal representation of women.
