Himalaya College of Engineering is a private engineering college in Lalitpur, Nepal. Established in 2000, Himalaya College of Engineering (HCOE) is affiliated with the Institute of Engineering of Tribhuvan University, Nepal. The college stands among the top private institutions.
The college is located at Chyasal, Lalitpur, in its building. Before June 2012, it was situated in Shankhamul, Kathmandu, and Buddhanagar. This new building covers an area of 6100 sq m (12 ropanis).
The college offers a variety of amenities, including labs and areas to hack robotics. It is a college with two buildings for labs and workshops, a cafeteria, a project building, and a main academic building with six stories.
The pass percentage in board exams conducted by the Institute of Engineering, TU, has been better than other private colleges in Nepal.
It is one of the top-ranked private Engineering institutions in Nepal. Seminars, workshops, and training are commonly held throughout the semesters in conjunction with field trips, project work, and fieldwork as a component of teaching-learning processes.

The BE graduates have demonstrated professional competence in civil engineering, architecture, electronics and communication, and computers.

The College has given extracurricular activities equal attention. Sports tournaments between and within colleges are held annually. In Kathmandu in 2065, the inter-engineering college competition, its robots team won first place (Grand Prix). In 2011 and 2013, the students took part in Tech Fest; an event put on by IIT Mumbai in India. The club is also a regular competitor in Nepal's numerous robotics competitions.

Scholarships are given to worthy candidates based on their results in the Higher Secondary Level (10+2) examinations or equivalent, as well as an admission exam administered by EEC and followed by an interview. EEC also provides full scholarships to 10% of Pokhara University students. The scholarship recipient will get a complete waiver on the entrance, tuition, and semester expenses.
