The Hari Khetan Multiple Campus was established in 2038 B.S. by renowned industrialist and social worker Bihari Lal Khetan in honor of his son Hari Khetan to provide students from all socioeconomic groups with the highest possible standard of education. Bihari Lal Khetan founded the organization with the assistance of local figures from many sectors, including former finance minister Dr. Yadav Prasad Pant, former zonal commissioner Mr. Laksha Bahadur Gurung, and chief district officer Mr. Gopal Man Shrestha.

This college is situated in the center of Birgunj. With over a hundred effective and qualified teachers, a small staff, and four thousand students in a range of fields from +2 to post-graduate level, it has developed into one of the top campuses in this region by this point. Qualification Requirements

• BBS: Candidates who have earned a second division (securing 45% and above) or 1.8 CGPA in their 10+2 or comparable exams from accredited academic institutions are eligible to apply.
• BEd.: Applicants wishing to enroll in the program must have received at least a D+ in each topic in grades 11 and 12, OR they must have completed their +2 or Intermediate or PCL at TU or another institution approved by TU with a minimum grade point average of 45%.
• Masters: The applicant must have completed the relevant bachelor's program or hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from Tribhuvan University or any other university that Tribhuvan University has recognized to be admitted to the Masters's program.
