    The Agriculture and Forestry University's Faculty of Agriculture (FoA) is located in Rampur, Chitwan. Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU) in Nepal has three faculties, one of which is the Faculty of Agriculture. The goal of FoA is to train professionals in agriculture and related fields. It fosters and supports academics and students engaged in research and intellectual activities that are pertinent to the requirements of Nepalese agricultural and animal producers.

    This faculty has given an undergraduate program as B.Sc.Ag. since 2069/70 BS at Rampur and 2072/73 BS at Puranchaur in Kaski (4 years). This faculty is wholly dedicated to the University's research and extension efforts and to generating superior agricultural workers. In this regard, FoA is eager to provide agricultural services to communities by developing Science Centers in the country's diverse agro-ecological zones.
