    • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

    This diploma represents the function of commercial cooks who supervise or manage a team in the kitchen. They work autonomously or with little supervision and utilize their judgment to address non-routine challenges.

    This qualification opens the door to employment in organizations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, bars, cafés, and coffee shops and the opportunity to establish a small company in these areas.

    •  Diploma in Hospitality Management 

    This degree highlights the job of fully skilled lead operators who control hospitality operations by combining a broad variety of hospitality abilities with managerial skills and technical expertise. They work autonomously, have authority over others, and make a set of operational venture choices.

    •  Graduate Diploma of Management 

    This program will prepare students with the skills and knowledge required for project planning, design, and management.
