The Bishwo Bhasa Campus, or the Campus of International Languages (CIL), located in the center of Nepal's capital city, Kathmandu, is the sole language teaching campus affiliated with Tribhuvan Institution (TU), the country's oldest and most prestigious university. This is Kathmandu's sole campus that teaches many languages. On campus, there are two language programs: the Himalayan Language Program, which covers Nepali, Sanskrit, Newari, and Tibetan, and the Foreign Language Program, which presently offers lessons in Italian, Russian, Spanish, French, German, and English. The college intends to add Danish, Arabic, Hebrew, and Norwegian as soon as possible.
Other than English, language programs are provided as two-year courses separated into four semesters. The first two semesters are known as the 'Ordinary Level,' while the latter is known as the 'Advanced Level.' A Post-Advanced third-year course in the Nepali language program covers Nepali grammar, history, culture, and literature. A third-year Japanese language course has also begun on campus. The English program is broken into two sections: 'Basic English' and 'Advanced/Writing English.'

The Campus is proud of its well-trained and experienced teachers, which include Nepalese and international students. Native speakers teach Himalayan languages, while other languages are taught by Nepalese instructors or foreign native speakers of the respective languages. Himalayan languages are exclusively available to foreign (non-Nepalese) students, whereas foreign languages are only available to Nepalese students.
Each CIL classroom can accommodate 30 students. The classrooms are well-furnished and equipped with current audio-visual equipment. Students learn four fundamental language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW). Two internal evaluation assessments divide each semester into three portions to examine how far the students have learned the skills. Finally, each semester concludes with final exams. To advance to higher-level courses, students must get at least 60% on each exam.
