Apex College was founded in 2000 AD to develop human capital and significantly impact Nepal's business academics. It began with the commencement of BBA and BCIS programs under the affiliation of Pokhara University and then expanded to include BBA-BI and BBA-TT degrees. Apex College now offers four undergraduate programs and two graduate degrees, with diverse venues for experiential learning and excellence.
Furthermore, Apex enables nine bachelor's and master's clubs that cater to the many interests and exploring areas of students of various natures and backgrounds. Apex has implemented new learning laboratories for students across all degrees to ensure a "learning by doing" approach in Apexian life.

Apex Incubation began as a gathering place for students who aspired to accomplish and be more. It started as a concept proposed to the institution and rapidly grew into a group of like-minded people united by their enthusiasm, hard work, and memories. Apex Incubation has hosted workshops and seminars on company development plans, reporting, and proposal writing.

A minimum of 12 years of formal schooling is required.
Eligible candidates have a CGPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 point scale) or 45 percent (at least Grade 'C' at individual courses in 11&12) in any stream.
Computer-Based Examination (1.5 hrs., which includes General Math and English of grades 9 & 10).
Writing an Essay (30 min Handwritten ).
