With a 20-year legacy of academic achievement and a broad variety of traditions, ACEM embraces the future and the past with a name and the determination to lead students. The demands and desires of society are changing swiftly in the twenty-first century as a result of the rapid growth of science and technology and their applications in daily life. ACEM has been working tirelessly to meet these evolving demands since its inception. ACEM aspires to produce academically prepared and technically sound engineering graduates through an outstanding education.
ACEM offers the following courses:
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering (BCE)
- Bachelor in Computer Engineering (BCT)
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (BEL)
- Bachelor in Electronics, Communication, and Information Engineering (BEI)
- Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA)
ACEM offers a faculty that is highly trained, experienced, and devoted to not just teaching but also to the total development of the students. In addition, professors from other prestigious schools are asked to conduct guest lectures to supplement their studies beyond the curriculum.
ACEM aims to:
- Produce professionally competent, technically sound, proactive, and ethical leaders capable of managing a global workforce with diverse work groups that are highly adaptable to varied cultures.
- Set ACEM's educational vibe strategies to promote itself as a world-class institution via continuing education, faculty and staff development, business research, and consultation.

ACEM established the Research and Innovation Unit. The Research and Innovation Unit is critical to advancing academic activities (including academic and research works) inside the institution by connecting real-world activities to research. ACEM encourages students to pursue an interest in research and make it a part of their lives, from small-scale research projects to moderate-level projects and more extensive projects to be completed in the long term.
ACEM has significant ties with numerous businesses in Nepal, ranging from manufacturing to the service sector, with a concentration on IT, construction, hydropower, and robotics and automation, to mention a few. The placement possibilities for its students are somewhat promising since the college arranges placement melas through Placement cells, which prepare students for job interviews and help employers identify dynamic freshers.
It also counsels students on placement prospects and communicates with all industry companies for future placement. Students can benefit from being in a convenient area of the capital while also savoring the tranquility of an institution known for its stunning features and well-made infrastructural facilities that have been created with the most advanced equipment; arrangements have also been made to improve the same, keeping pace with technological breakthroughs of the time.
