Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Analytics (Candidates with an undergraduate degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, and programmers are encouraged to apply)

The University of California, San Diego (UCSD)

  • A bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics, or computer science. Five years of relevant work experience is necessary for applicants with non-quantitative backgrounds.
  • Most have demonstrable programming proficiency through previous learning, professional work, EdX, or Coursera.
  • For proof of the English language requirement, the minimum IELTS score is 7.0, the minimum PTE score is 65, and the average TOEFL score is 105.

The University of Texas at Austin

  • A bachelor’s degree with a quantitative background with a GPA of 3.0 or more.
  • Programming proficiency demonstrated through university coursework or professional work experience.
  • GRE or GMAT score required.
  • A minimum TOEFL score of 100 or an IELTS score of 7.0.

Purdue University

  • An undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 2.4 for a stem degree and 2.6 for a non-stem degree.
  • GMAT score of a minimum of 500. GRE score is also accepted, but GMAT score is preferred for scholarships.
  • To prove English language proficiency, a TOEFL score of a minimum of 93 overall, with at least 22 in speaking, 20 in writing, 18 in listening, and 22 in reading, is required. IELTS score of 7.5 overall with no band less than 7.0 is also accepted.

Michigan State University

  • Four bachelor's degrees from a recognized university
  • Sufficient exposure to programming languages, statistics, and statistical software.
  • GRE/GMAT score is required for an international applicant.
  • A TOEFL score of a minimum of 100 or an IELTS score of a minimum of 7.0 is required as proof of English language proficiency for international students.

University of Minnesota

  • An undergraduate degree is required, preferably in economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or programming.
  • Sufficient and proven exposure to programming and calculus
  • Full-time work experience is not mandatory but preferred.
