Bath Spa University

  • English Language Proficiency requirements are:
  • IELTS: Overall 6.5 or 7.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • TOEFL IBT: A total score of 75, with a minimum score of 18 in reading, 17 in listening, 20 in speaking, and 17 in writing.
  • PTE: 58 overall, with at least 51 in each of listening, speaking, reading and writing
  • Academic requirements: A secure technical foundation (undergraduate) in instrument, voice, or conducting.

Falmouth University

  • Possibilities for meeting the English Language Proficiency requirements include:
  • IELTS:  Minimum score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in reading, writing, speaking and listening 
  • Academic requirements:  An undergraduate degree with a GPA of 2.2 or above or equivalent experience.

Oxford Brookes University

  • English Language Proficiency requirements are:
  • IELTS: Overall 6.5 with 6.0 in each component.
  • Academic requirements:  an honours degree, a postgraduate diploma or an equivalent qualification in a related field.

  • Academic requirements:  A second class honours degree in the cognate subjects of music, music production or audio technology, or a second class honours degree in a non-cognate subject supported by evidence of an aptitude for the subject applied for, or have equivalent experience or training, usually from within the work environment.

  • IELTS: Overall 6.5 with a 6.5 in writing and no element lower than 6.0 in other sub-tests.
  • Academic requirements:  an undergraduate degree of at least upper second-class standard in Music or an equivalent subject.

  • IELTS: Overall 6.5 with 6.0 in writing and speaking and 5.5 in reading and listening 
  • TOEFL iBT: 88 overall with a minimum of 17 in listening, 21 in writing, 18 in reading and 20 in speaking.
  • PTE: minimum 59 in each component.
  • Academic requirements: An upper second class honours degree (2:1) or a lower second class honours degree (2:2) in a relevant degree or with relevant experience

  • IELTS: Overall 6.5 (with no less than 5.5 in any band)
