The entry requirement for a graduate program in Construction Management in Canada

University of Toronto

  • A four years bachelor degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 75% (or mid-B equivalent)
  • A minimum TOEFL score of 93 overall with at least 22 in speaking and writing or an IELTS score of 7.0 overall with at least 6.5 in each band.

  • A bachelor’s degree of four years in civil engineering.

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in the final two years of undergraduate study.
  • At least 88 in TOEFL with no less than 20 in each section or 6.5 in IELTS with at least 5.0 in each section or a minimum PTE score of 59.

University of Calgary

  • An undergraduate degree of four years in science, engineering, or medicine from a recognized institution.
  • For proof of English language requirement, a minimum score of 86 in TOEFL with no less than 20 in each section or at least 6.5 in IELTS with no band less than 6.0 or a PTE score of 59 or more is required.

Concordia University Montréal

  • A bachelor degree in engineering or similar background

  • A bachelor degree in civil engineering applied science or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent)
