The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission(APPSC) was formed under Article 315 of the Indian Constitution to select civil workers for the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh based on applicants' merits and reservation norms.

Eligibility Criteria

- He or she is an Indian national.
Educational Qualifications
The minimum educational qualification for the APPSC Group 1 test is he or she must have a degree from an Indian university formed or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a State Act, or any other similar qualification.
Application process
Candidates need to follow this process to fill out a form for the APPSC Group 1 Examination:
- Candidates registering for the first time for any notice must carefully complete the OTPR application to get an OTPR ID.
- The Applicant can access the Commission's website using the User Name (OTPR ID), and Password provided by the Candidate. After logging in, the Applicant must click on the "Online Application Submission" link in the bottom right corner of the Commission's webpage.
- After double-checking all of the data and confirming that it is valid, the Applicant must fill in application-specific data such as Local/Non-Local status, White card details, and so on, which are also needed to determine the Fee. Once all of the valuable information has been correctly entered. The Applicant must submit the payment.
- The payment reference I.D. is produced after the payment is successful.
- If the payment procedure is not completed, the Applicant should begin the new payment process described in step 2.
- Correction in the application form will be available once the application has been correctly submitted. Corrections can be made directly on the application form.
